P-700 central-gasket uPVC window
uPVC-steel · No. 03
Our most insulated uPVC window.
NFRC certified · U-factor from 0.15 · Central gasket
P-700 is a central-gasket system. Besides the seals at the inside and outside faces, a third gasket sits in the middle of the frame, splitting the gap between sash and frame into two chambers. Water and wind stop at the outer zone. The hardware lives in the dry, warm zone inside. It's the uPVC design European builders use for very low-energy houses, and the system is passive-house-suitable in some configurations.

What does a central gasket do?
Think of it as a second door inside the door. The outer seal sheds most rain. The center gasket stops what gets past it and blocks air. Behind it, the locking hardware stays dry and clean, which helps it keep working smoothly.

Three versions
- P-700: the standard six-chamber, 82.5 mm frame.
- P-700 Light: a lower sash profile for more glass and a slimmer look.
- P-700 Cladded: aluminum cladding on the outside. You get a uPVC frame's insulation with an aluminum face outside and no plastic visible from the street.
When a client wants Passive House numbers but not an aluminum budget, P-700 is where we start.
Built for big, colored units
Glass bonding to the sash (a dry-bonding method on this system, per product data) stiffens the sash. That lets larger colored units stay square and reduces how often they need adjusting. It's a good fit for large tilt-and-turn sashes in dark colors, which work harder in summer sun.
Who should choose P-700?
Passive House and Pretty Good House projects that want uPVC. Homes near traffic, where the center seal helps. Remodels where the HOA or architect wants aluminum outside: choose the clad version. P-700 specifications
Why choose it: central gasket keeps hardware dry · best insulation in our uPVC range · aluminum-clad option.
Trade-offs: costs more than P-300 · the aluminum-clad version adds cost.
