P-500 slim uPVC window
uPVC-steel · No. 02
Clean lines, less frame, more glass.
U-factor from 0.15 · Slim frame · Light version
Most uPVC windows look like uPVC windows: rounded, thick, a bit soft at the edges. P-500 doesn't. It's built on the GEALAN Linear profile system, with crisp, square edges, matching square glazing beads inside, and a combined frame and sash only about 110 mm wide. It's the uPVC window for people who wanted aluminum's lines without aluminum's price.

Designed to look slim
At 74 mm, the frame is shallower than P-300, and the visible face is narrower. Inside, the beads that hold the glass are square to match the outside, so the window reads as one clean shape from both sides. In a modern house, a DADU or a remodel with dark trim-free returns, that matters.

P-500 Light: even more glass
The Light version lowers the sash profile by about 8 mm (source: product data). It sounds small. Across a run of windows it adds noticeable glass area and makes the sash almost disappear behind the frame line. It's a good match for tall, narrow windows where every bit of frame shows.
People ask if P-500 is aluminum. That's the point.
Slim doesn't mean thin on performance
A multi-chamber profile with steel inside keeps the frame stiff and well insulated. P-500 has 3 gaskets, including a center gasket. The system is also used for balcony and entrance doors, so a P-500 door can sit beside P-500 windows with identical lines.
Who should choose P-500?
Modern new builds and DADUs on a uPVC budget. Remodels where you want dark, crisp frames. Anyone who looked at P-300 and wanted it slimmer. If you need an NFRC-certified U-factor for permit, ask us for the current status for your project first, or use P-300 or P-700, which are NFRC certified.
