Every window we supply is a European system: multi-chamber frames, two or three gaskets, locking points around the whole sash, and double or triple glazing. You choose the frame material, the opening type and the look. We build it to your opening and install it.

- By performance goal. Passive House and very low-energy homes, quiet rooms near traffic, or meeting the energy code on a new build. Passive House windows, Triple-pane glass and window options
Choose a frame material
uPVC-steel windows
uPVC frames with five to six internal chambers and steel inside for stiffness. They insulate well, need almost no upkeep and cost the least per window. For whole-house replacement, this is where we usually start.
Systems: P-300 · P-500 · P-700 → uPVC-steel windows
Aluminum windows
Thermally broken aluminum. Narrower frames, larger sashes and heavier glass than uPVC can carry, in any powder-coat color. The choice for modern houses, view walls, steel-look renovations and Passive House builds.
Systems: MB-79N Pro · MB-86N · MB-Slimline · MB-Ferroline Pro · SlimLine Elite · MasterLine 8 Elite · MasterLine 10 Elite · MB-104 Pro → Aluminum windows
Wood & wood-aluminum windows
Laminated timber frames, finished inside in stain or paint, with optional aluminum cladding outside so the weather side needs no repainting.
Systems: Synergic · Atlantis → Wood & wood-aluminum windows
The glass gets the attention, but the frame is a big part of the window. That's where European systems really differ.

U-factor in Btu/h·ft²·°F, best value from product data; actual values depend on size, glass and configuration, and your quote lists the rated value for each window. Sound figures are European Rw ratings with acoustic glass, not US STC. A plain dash means no published figure. *— NFRC rating: ask us for current status for your project. All systems: 3–4 months lead time (made to order, shipped by sea freight); 20-year limited manufacturer warranty and 3-year installation warranty (warranty terms).
How do you want it to open?
- Tilt-and-turn — tilts in for ventilation, swings in for cleaning. Tilt-and-turn windows for Seattle homes
- Fixed / picture — no sash, the most glass and the best rating. Fixed and picture windows
- Simulated double-hung — the look of a sash window. Simulated double-hung windows
- Outswing casement — opens outward, where furniture or blinds make inswing awkward. Outswing casement windows
Tilt-only (hopper) transoms and combinations of fixed and opening sashes in one frame are available in every frame material.
