On a new build, windows decide a lot: the energy compliance path, the look of every elevation, how the house sounds inside and how it handles rain. We work with builders, architects and owner-builders from early drawings to install, with rated values, shop drawings and installation details you can put in front of a plans examiner.

What we provide
- System recommendations by elevation and budget
- Rated U-factors and SHGC per unit; NFRC documentation for our NFRC-certified systems (P-300, P-700, MB-79N Pro, SlimLine Elite, Synergic)
- Shop drawings for approval
- Nailing-fin, bracket or through-frame installation details
- Delivery coordinated with your schedule
- Installation by our crew
Energy code: the Washington State Energy Code (WSEC)
Washington's residential energy code sets maximum fenestration U-factors and requires additional energy-efficiency credits. Better windows can help meet those credits and give you more room elsewhere in the design. The code is revised on a regular cycle, so always check the edition that applies to your permit application date. We'll list the rated value of every unit on the quote so your designer can run the numbers.
If your permit path needs NFRC-certified products, our certified systems are P-300, P-700, MB-79N Pro, SlimLine Elite and Synergic. For other systems, ask us for current NFRC status for your project, and check with your plans examiner what documentation is accepted before you order.
Builders want three things from a window supplier: the right numbers, drawings on time, and windows that show up when promised.
DADUs and ADUs
Seattle has made backyard cottages (DADUs) and attached ADUs easier to build, and many are modern, compact and tight. Dark aluminum or slim uPVC tilt-and-turn windows suit them, and in a small space, tilt ventilation and quiet glass make a real difference. We size for egress in sleeping rooms and help pick glass for privacy toward neighbors. Good matches: P-500, MB-79N Pro, P-300.
