One system, many styles.
U-factor from 0.28 · 3 styles · Architectural custom
MasterLine 8 Elite is built on Reynaers MasterLine 8, a modular aluminum system that architects use when the house has a strong design idea and the windows have to follow it. Three exterior styles, three insulation levels, concealed hinges, glass corners and matching sliding and pivot doors all come from one platform, so a complex custom house can have one consistent window family.
Functional, Renaissance or Deco
- Functional: clean, square, contemporary.
- Renaissance: a sculpted, steel-like profile for traditional or heritage-inspired facades.
- Deco: softer, decorative lines.
Changing style doesn't change the thermal and weather performance.
Built for exposure
Product data lists air tightness class 4, water tightness to 900 Pa (class E900) and wind load class C5, the top European classes. On a west-facing view lot that takes the full winter storm off the water, those numbers matter. Sash weights up to 300 kg and heights to about 9 feet allow big operable sashes.
MasterLine 8 is the system for houses where the architect has already drawn every line.
Options that make the detail
Concealed hinges, concealed drainage (no plastic caps), integrated flyscreens, glass balustrades, motorized sashes and frameless glass corners. The HI+ version adds insulating foams for the best thermal value in the family.
