Why aluminum for a passive house?

Passive House windows have to keep the inside glass and frame warm enough that the room is comfortable right next to them, even on the coldest days. That used to rule aluminum out. Systems like MasterLine 10 use wide, insulated thermal breaks to get there, while keeping aluminum's strength for large glass.

Concealed hinges, concealed drainage, flyscreens, balustrades, motorized sashes and glass corners, the same palette as MasterLine 8.
